CEF / CELTA The job also includes recommending updates to the training curriculum, gathering TNI; suggesting module changes / updates and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.

The primary interaction would include coaching and mentoring the associates, new trainers, calibration and periodic reporting of all the above to the Operations owner / Training Manager - Language Trainings

Deliver training to associates and new trainers.

Monitor and evaluate trainers and training programs for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement on a monthly basis.

Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards

Ensure that the training quality is in compliance with predefined parameters

Support business related activities, special projects, run pilot trainings etc. or any other related activity for performance improvement and innovation
