Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow development, architecture, and integrations, along with strong stakeholder management skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead complex implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
• Lead end-to-end development of custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript).
• Design and implement system integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend enhancements.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting of complex issues.
