About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer & Funnel Expert to own the end-to-end user experience across our digital products and growth funnels. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in user research, funnel optimization, and design execution using tools like Figma. You will work closely with growth, product, and marketing teams to design seamless experiences that drive acquisition, activation, and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer pain points.
• Map and analyze conversion funnels to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma (and other design tools).
• Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering teams to bring designs to life quickly.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency across platforms.
• Run A / B tests and funnel experiments, analyzing data to refine user flows.
• Stay on top of UX / UI trends, tools, and conversion best practices.
