Job Description - Voice and Accent Trainer
Years of experience - 5 to 10 years
Location - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

In this role, she / he will be responsible for training both newly hired and existing employees on designated modules, as well as developing engaging content for these sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide communication, soft skills, voice and accent training to NHT batches & on floor associates- Understanding of English grammar - Subject Verb Agreement rules, Tenses, and Transliterations.- Develop customized training programs based on internal / client requirements, using a range of techniques such as role-playing, group discussions and one-on-one coaching.- Different feedback mechanisms, particularly the GROW model.- Effective training skills. The ability to teach and train other individuals.- Training Needs Identification and Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Quartile Management.- Sounds in English - Vowel sounds (Monophthongs and Diphthongs), Consonant sounds (Fricatives, Affricates, Plosives, Nasal).- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to ensure effective learning outcomes.
