Job description

Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) – Finance

Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial business processes and deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance modules.

Experience Required :

  • Minimum : 12–15 years of relevant experience in Finance domain
  • Minimum : 10 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O or AX
  • Preferred : Experience in global rollouts and multi-entity environments
  • Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document finance-related business requirements.
  • Configure and implement D365 F&O Finance modules in line with best practices.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions with end users and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are translated into system solutions.
  • Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements.
  • Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios.
  • Ensure compliance with client and regulatory financial processes.

    • Required Skills :

  • Strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O Finance modules, including :
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets
  • Budgeting
  • Cash and Bank Management
  • Cost Accounting
  • Project Accounting (optional)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Experience in working on at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Certification.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or other Microsoft tools.
  • Familiarity with localization requirements for India (GST, TDS, etc.)
