Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Track, analyze, and report business development performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Proven track record of 4–8 years in business development, sales, or a related role.Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and client relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute growth initiatives.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.Key Skills
