Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients throughout the IGA solution lifecycle.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IGA projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Manage service delivery teams and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
- Oversee incident management, escalations, and proactive health checks to ensure service continuity and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to drive product adoption and business value.
- Align internal teams (engineering, support, product) with client goals and delivery milestones.
- Monitor service performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, governance frameworks, and audit requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on IGA architecture, integration, and process optimization.
- Support renewal and expansion efforts by identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating risks.
Required Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with a focus on IGA platforms such asSailPoint IdentityIQ or Saviynt.
Proven track record of delivering complex IAM / IGA projects in consulting or service integratorenvironments.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance frameworks.Experience managing global service delivery teams and client engagements.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred).Preferred Skills :
Certifications in SailPoint IIQ or Saviynt.Experience with cloud-based identity solutions and integrations (e.g., Azure AD, REST APIs).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with global teams.(ref : hirist.tech)
