Ghrs Training is looking for a Service Desk Executive to provide essential technical support in an international voice environment. If you're a professional with experience in technical support and proficiency in Microsoft tools, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for international users seeking technical assistance via phone.
- Provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for various IT issues.
- Utilize hands-on experience with Microsoft tools (e.g., Windows OS, MS Office Suite, Outlook) to assist users effectively.
- Log, track, and manage all support incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, concise instructions.
About You :
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Support (International Voice) .You possess strong hands-on experience with Microsoft tools .You have excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional demeanor.You are customer-focused, patient, and have strong problem-solving abilities.You are capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks effectively.Skills Required
