Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the complete hiring lifecycle for bulk recruitment.
- Sourcing Candidates : Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing methods to identify top talent.
- High-Volume Hiring : Close 40-50 positions per month , meeting the staffing requirements efficiently.
- Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates.
- Onboarding : Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of selected candidates.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 6 months to 1 year in bulk hiring.Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Performance Under Pressure : Ability to manage high-pressure environments and meet hiring targets.Job Type : Contract
