Position Summary :
This role is responsible for managing the complete bidding cycle across platforms such as Upwork (primary), with additional involvement in Guru and Fiverr . The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional who excels at crafting high-quality proposals, generating qualified leads, and driving business growth through strategic online engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively identify, qualify, and pursue relevant opportunities on Upwork, with a focus on US-based clients.
- Write and submit well-structured, customized proposals for projects in web / mobile development, CRM, and AI.
- Take full ownership of the bidding processfrom opportunity analysis to follow-ups and closure.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proposals are aligned with project scope, feasibility, and timelines.
- Continuously optimize profile visibility, job filtering, and conversion metrics across platforms.
- Leverage AI-based tools (e.g., OpenAI, Perplexity ) to improve research efficiency, proposal quality, and automation.
- Track performance metrics to refine bidding strategies and improve success rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, client behavior, and platform algorithms.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 4+ years of experience in lead generation and proposal writing on platforms like Upwork .Strong understanding of IT services, including mobile apps, web platforms, CRM systems, and AI-based solutions.Excellent command of written English, with an ability to tailor proposals to client-specific needs.Proficiency in using AI tools for research and writing optimization (e.g., OpenAI, Perplexity, etc.).Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive and responsible approach.Exposure to Guru and Fiverr is considered a strong advantage.Work Schedule :
