Key Responsibilities :

  • Analytical Problem Solving : Break down complex challenges into manageable tasks and

collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance product features.

  • High-Quality Code & Mentorship : Develop clean, scalable code aligned with best practices,

    • conduct code reviews, and guide junior engineers to ensure technical excellence.

  • Robust CI / CD & System Reliability : Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines, monitor

    • application health, and swiftly resolve production issues to ensure seamless deployments.

  • Database Architecture & Optimization : Design efficient database schemas and write

    • high-performance SQL queries to support scalable and responsive applications.

  • Technical Strategy & Innovation : Contribute to architectural planning, stay ahead of emerging

    • technologies, and drive continuous improvements in user experience and engineering practices.

    Skills we seek :

  • Proficient in MERN / MEAN stack with 1–3 years of experience in Node.js, Express.js, React,

    • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Strong grasp of MVC, REST APIs, data structures, and relational databases.
  • Writes clean, maintainable code with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Familiar with Agile, microservices, Git, VSCode, AWS, CI / CD, and shell scripting.
