N.C John Garments - A leading Garment Manufacturing & Exporting Company seeks a dynamic, result-oriented professional to lead its operations and drive global growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide strategic leadership and vision to expand international markets.
Oversee manufacturing, merchandising, compliance, and supply chain operations.
Strengthen relationships with global buyers, brands, and sourcing offices.
Ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency across production units.
Lead organizational development, financial planning, and sustainability initiatives.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

Minimum 15–20 years of senior management experience in the garment / textile manufacturing and exporting industry, with at least 5 years in a top leadership role (CEO / COO / Director level).

Proven track record in handling large-scale apparel manufacturing units and international buyer accounts (USA, EU, UK, etc.).

In-depth knowledge of global sourcing, compliance standards (social, environmental, and quality), and supply chain management.

Strong experience in strategic planning, P&L management, and export market expansion.

Ability to lead a large workforce with strong people management and cross-cultural communication skills.

MBA / Advanced degree in Business, Management, or Textile Technology preferred.
