We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT positions, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media..
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Hands on experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and permanent hiring
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies for finding top talent.
