Location : Hyderabad (WFO) Hybrid

Client : (Medical Devices)

15 Days less Notice only

Should be able to work with a business team, understand the requirements, work on design & development, support testing, go-live & provide hyper care support.

This person should also act as a mentor and guide the Hyderabad person where he / she can review the work and take ownership of the deliverables.

Must Have :

Chained Kafka Transactions : Ensures atomic writes to multiple topics using Kafka transactions
Stateful Joins : Joins that maintain state across time or keys & Stateless Operations
Kafka Streaming & KTable
Kafka Intergration.

Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Communication :

Collaborate directly with business teams to gather and analyze technical requirements.

Translate business needs into scalable Kafka-based architectures and data streaming workflows.

Design & Development :

Architect, design, and implement Kafka-based data pipelines, producers, consumers, and stream processing using Kafka Streams / KSQL.

Integrate Kafka with microservices, databases, and other systems using Kafka Connect and custom connectors

Mentorship & Delivery Ownership :

Act as a mentor and technical reviewer for team members, especially those located in the Hyderabad team.

Take ownership of code quality, delivery timelines, and deployment best practices.

Review and guide team members work to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Go-Live Support :

Support the system through UAT, go-live, and hyper-care phases, ensuring stability and reliability
