Key Responsibilities :

Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and DFS Management like Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2019 R2, Internet Information Server (IIS), Windows DNS / BIND / Named, Active Directory / LDAP

The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for multi-level support that includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving both hardware and software issues.

Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes (Ex : Sophos Security Firewall, Aruba, Sonicwall)

Have to create a software update group and deploy monthly patches by following the Change process and monitor and provide the patching status report post every patching (Ex : Manage Engine Patch Manager service Tool)

Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms like Microsoft Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Responding to threats and security incidents in the Organization (Ex : Sophos)

Raising security awareness of users in technological areas.

Provision of resources and budget approval.

Creating user accounts and performing access control of Windows Microsoft Server 2019 Server.

Provide day-to-day administration and support to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity.

Ensuring application packages and operating system images are kept up to date.

Plan ahead for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.

Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation

Perform general maintenance and audits on application servers, both on-prem and in the cloud.

Managing software licensing related like Microsoft windows 10,11-Os and Office, Teams, and Tally.

Qualifications :

Experience of 4-5 years is required.

Bachelor’ degree in Computers or related field

Strong problem solving and communication skills required
