Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Assistant Operations Manager. The selected candidate will assist in managing daily operations, coordinating between team members, ensuring the quality and efficiency of services, and participating in planning and implementation of business processes. The role also involves monitoring operational performance, solving operational challenges, streamlining processes, and supporting team members to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in operations management, process optimization, and task coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Customer service skills and the ability to maintain high standards of service delivery
• Proven leadership qualities and the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience of a minimum of 3 years e in a similar role within a service-oriented organization is mandatorily needed
• People with experience in banking / insurance sectors also would be appropriate for this role
