About the Role :

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that meet business process and application requirements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and usability.

This role demands a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and configure applications as per business requirements.
• Perform independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving.
• Assist in the documentation of processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
