Job Description :

We are seeking a creative, digitally native and performance-driven Designer to create high-impact digital assets for paid media, performance campaigns, and marketplace platforms. This role demands a blend of creativity and commercial thinking, with the ability to design assets that not only look beautiful but also drive conversions. You will work across performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, Affiliates, etc) and marketplace platforms (Nykaa, Amazon, etc) to deliver optimized creatives that align with brand aesthetics and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

Performance Creatives : Design high-converting ads, banners, and visuals for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and affiliate channels.

Marketplace Design : Create product detail page (PDP) assets, A+ content, and storefront designs tailored for platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, etc.

Data-Backed Design : Use campaign insights and performance metrics to iterate and optimize creatives for better CTRs and conversions.

Brand Consistency : Ensure all performance and marketplace assets align with brand visual language and tone.

Creative Adaptations : Localize and repurpose hero campaign assets into performance-first and marketplace-ready formats.

Collaboration : Partner with performance marketing, brand, and product teams to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality creatives on time.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3-4 years of design experience with proven expertise in performance marketing and e-commerce creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with Figma / Canva.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and e-commerce design guidelines.
• Portfolio showcasing digital ads, marketplace assets, and conversion-oriented design work.
• Ability to balance creativity with business goals and data insights.
