Private companies spend weeks reading 100-page government documents just to realize they aren't qualified to bid. It is a massive waste of time and money.
We are looking for Employee #1 on the sales side.
The Role (The Challenge)
This is not a "data entry" role. This is a Sales Discovery role.
We have the data. We have the leads. We need you to help figure out the playbook .
You will be given lists of potential high-value customers (SMEs & Consultancies). Your job is not just to email them, but to figure out what makes them click .
The Detective Work : You will analyze the leads I provide. You will find the "hook"—the specific contract they missed, or the specific pain point they have.
The Experiment : You won't just copy-paste templates. You will test different messages. You will tell me : "Hey, the CEOs aren't replying, but the Bid Managers love angle B. Let's pivot."
The Execution : You will manage the pipeline, ensure follow-ups happen, and engage with prospects until they book a meeting.
Daily Split :
80% Hunting : Email, LinkedIn, and Outreach execution.
20% Pattern Recognition : Analyzing what worked, what didn't, and improving our strategy for the next week.
Who You Are
A Pattern Matcher : You notice things others miss. You can look at a list of 50 companies and see the common thread.
High Agency : You don't wait for a tutorial. If a strategy isn't working, you suggest a new one.
Thick Skin : You understand that "No" is just data. You don't take rejection personally.
Clear Writer : You can write professional, crisp English. Our clients are serious businesses; slang does not work here.
