Key Responsibilities :
Seller & Customer Support
- Respond to seller and customer queries in Spanish via email, chat, or calls.
- Resolve issues related to product listings, order fulfilment, returns, and payments.
Content & Catalog Management
Translate, proofread, and localize product titles, descriptions, and FAQs into Spanish.Ensure accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines.Operational Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues, cancellations, and SLA breaches.Track and report performance metrics for Spanish-language marketplaces. Quality & Process ImprovementIdentify recurring issues and suggest process enhancements.Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores for Spanish-language support.Preferred Candidate Profile
