Job descriptionStrong creative thinking and storytelling skills Experience in events, activations, or brand marketing Ability to translate ideas into visually engaging presentations Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Advertising, or related field. 9-10 years of experience in event conceptualization, brand activations, or experiential marketing. Strong storytelling, visual thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to translate brand strategy into engaging experiences. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) and research methods. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with activations and hybrid events. Understanding of consumer psychology and behavior. Knowledge of budgeting, project management tools, and risk mitigation.

- Develop innovative concepts for brand activations and events that WOW!
- Craft compelling storytelling narratives that resonate with our audience & client's problem statement.
- Ideate and strategize for new campaigns, on-ground activations
- Create impactful PPTs that showcase your ideas with flair
