We are looking for a Sr. DevOps Engineer position within our Product team. We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience from the total experience not exceeding 12 years.

About the Role : We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and enhance installation and deployment processes for AppScan 360, a cloud-native application. This role focuses on maintaining existing deployment mechanisms, developing new ones optimized for the cloud, and contributing to core platform improvements. You will leverage automation, CI / CD pipelines, and configuration management to ensure efficient and highly scalable deployments within a cloud-native architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• From overall experience, at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or software installation packaging, with a focus on deploying and managing cloud-native applications.
• Expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and orchestration, as well as traditional installer creation and automation tools (e.g., InstallShield, MSI, NSIS).
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their infrastructure as code (IaC) services (e.g., CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Google Cloud Deployment Manager) for automated provisioning of cloud resources.
• Proficiency in CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) with a strong understanding of their integration with container registries and cloud deployment services.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) with the ability to automate tasks within cloud environments.
• Understanding and practical experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform for managing both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments, including best practices for deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
• Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex installation and deployment issues in cloud-native environments, including networking, security, and scalability challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering and product teams.
