Job Expectations :
- Develop and drive UI strategy and technology around acquisition, onboarding, and optimizing the end user experience
- Partner with an engineering team to autonomously deliver from requirement to validation
- Interface with customers and conduct user research to understand their needs and distill that down to a prioritized set of actionable items for the engineering teams to tackle
- Identify growth initiatives, synthesize trends in the ecosystem and couple these with o9 s ability to build innovative products
- Work cross functionally with a variety of teams including Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success and Presales
- Help to summarize and analyze findings from user research and customer behavior patterns and create actionable plans to optimize a localized experience for our global customers
- Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors
Knowledge & Skills : -
Strong understanding of UI requirements6-10 years in Product related work within a technology companyExperience working with product and engineering teamsDemonstrated experience thinking strategically about how to simplify complex data sets into seamless user experiencesProven track record of delivering features which impact the acquisition, growth, and retention of a user baseExperience working with external stakeholders & partnerStrong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent written / verbal communication and must work well with othersSkills Required
