Job Role :

Customer Support Executive (International Process)

Location : Pune

Shift : Day & Night shifts available

Salary :

Up to ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

✨ What You’ll Do :

Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email for international clients

Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

✅ Requirements :

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in International BPO preferred

Freshers with great communication are welcome

Flexible to work in night shifts
