Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Lead - Sales to manage and guide our sales team towards achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their selling skills and productivity.
- Monitor daily sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate reports for senior management.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives and leverage campaigns.
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify training needs and organize skill-building sessions for the sales team.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and assist the team in managing strategic accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's / master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive teams.Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Willingness to travel as required(ref : iimjobs.com)
