Role & Responsibilities :
- SAP HCM experience : 7 to 11 years in UK Payroll, with in-depth knowledge of UK and Ireland Payrolls
- Payroll experience : Extensive experience with UK and IE payroll processing is essential
- Time Management : Expertise in Positive and Negative Time configuration
- End-to-End Implementation : Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations required
- UK Payroll and Integration Knowledge : Understanding of UK Payroll, integration with SAP, and related processes
- SAP Business Practices : Familiarity with standard SAP business practices
- HCM Processes : Knowledge of all HCM business processes, including employee life cycle and payroll processes
- Data Migration & Interfaces : Expertise in data migration and integration with Third Party Vendors
- SAP Reporting : Experience with SAP reporting, Ad-hoc queries, and related tools
- Functional Specifications : Ability to write functional specifications for SAP modules
- Test Scenarios & Scripts : Competence in setting up test scenarios, creating test scripts, and performing thorough testing
- Solution Recommendation : Ability to provide feasible solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices
- Client Liaison : Serve as a liaison between business customers and systems areas
- Communication : Strong client-facing communication skills; able to articulate information confidently
- Technical Business Requirements : Ability to translate client business rules into technical business requirements
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Documentation Skills : Ability to create and maintain clear, concise documentation
- Global Environment Experience : Experience working in a global environment, handling diverse client needs
