You own the Growth P&L and are responsible for the end-to-end subscriber journey—from awareness and acquisition to activation and retention.In , performance marketing is won through creative excellence. We are looking for a Meta-first growth leader who treats growth as a "Creative Ops Engineering" problem. You will lead a specialized team of Creative Strategists and Performance Marketers to build a high-velocity testing machine that converts intent into learners and loyal subscribers.This is a high-visibility role requiring deep cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Analytics to scale paid acquisition, optimize mobile/app funnels, and drive the adoption of new learning products.Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy & Category ScalingMulti-Category Mastery: Design and execute tailored growth playbooks for distinct segments: AI Courses, Kids/Parenting, Money & Markets (Invest Better), and Health.P&L Ownership: Manage multi-crore monthly budgets with a sharp focus on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and Payback periods.Full-Funnel Orchestration: Own the entire subscriber journey—from the first Meta impression to landing page optimization, trial conversion, and long-term retention.2. Creative & Performance LeadershipCreative-Led Growth: Lead your Meta Creative Strategist & Performance Lead to maintain a constant pipeline of high-converting "UGC-style" content, hooks, and storyboards.Rapid Experimentation: Build a "fail-fast" framework for creative testing, landing page A/B testing, and cross-channel optimization.Meta Power-User: Directly oversee campaign structures on Meta (FB/IG/Reels/WhatsApp), leveraging AI-driven bidding and the latest creative-fatigue mitigation strategies.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationSales Enablement: Partner with the Sales Head to deliver high-intent leads for the Inside Sales engine while scaling a "Direct-to-Subscribe" (no-touch) checkout flow.Product Growth: Work with Product teams to identify and remove funnel friction, improving both user experience and ROAS.4. Intelligence & InsightsGrowth Dashboards: Establish clear KPIs and real-time dashboards to track cohort performance and funnel health.Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive benchmarking and use consumer psychology insights to refine messaging and positioning.Skills & CompetenciesStrategic Architect: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that differentiate a brand in a crowded market.Technical Expertise: Deep mastery of Meta Ads Manager, including pixel/API tracking, algorithm shifts, and creative-led scaling.Analytical Rigor: Ability to dissect complex funnels and explain the "why" behind metric shifts (e.g., CAC spikes or hook-rate drops).Consumer Psychology: A deep understanding of "The Why" behind education purchases—leveraging triggers like professional growth, wealth creation, or parental aspiration.Adaptability: A mindset built for fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a focus on leveraging new AI tools and trends to stay ahead.Experience Requirements5+ years in Growth or Performance Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within EdTech, D2C Subscriptions, or high-transaction digital platforms.Proven Scale: Demonstrated track record of managing quarterly ad spends of ₹10 Cr+ while maintaining healthy efficiency.Category Context: Experience marketing "Learning & Expert-led" products where the instructor’s credibility and the specific topic are the primary hooks.
