Job description

Experience : 7–12 years

Location : Onsite / Hybrid

Role Type : Full-time / Contract

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint On-Premises Lead / Architect to deliver a 3-tier highly available SharePoint 2019 / SE farm and a full Document Management System (DMS) for a 500+ user environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & implement SharePoint On-Premise architecture (WFE, App, SQL HA).
  • Install & configure SharePoint Server 2016 / 2019 / SE farms.
  • Configure SQL Server HA (AlwaysOn / Failover Cluster).
  • Build and configure DMS : libraries, metadata, workflows, retention policies.
  • Implement Search, Managed Metadata, User Profile Service, and security model.
  • Lead requirement workshops, documentation, deployment, and go-live.
  • Create governance guides, admin handbooks, and DR / backup procedures.
  • Provide admin & end-user training.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises (2016 / 2019 / SE) .
  • SQL Server HA configuration experience (AG / FCI).
  • Expertise in DMS design, metadata planning, workflows, and permissions.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server, AD, PowerShell, Load Balancers, SSL.
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills.

    • Good to Have

  • Microsoft certifications (SharePoint / Power Platform / M365).
  • Experience with Power Automate, PowerApps, and enterprise search tuning.
