Job Description
Must have 10 years of experience working with Pega.
- Certification : Certified as a Lead System Architect (CLSA) in Pega version 7.x or 8.x, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the role.
Technical Expertise :
Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using the latest Pega versions, including 8.x and / or Infinity. o Knowledge of advanced or latest concepts such as Low Code No Code, Constellation, Process Fabric, Containerization, Externalization, App Studio, Gen AI, Knowledge Buddy etc,Core Knowledge : Deep understanding of key Pega capabilities such as case management, data management, integrations, security, and system administration. o REST – Connectors and Services o OAuth, RBAC, ABAC o High-level overview of Nodes, Clusters, Node classification etcPerformance and Optimization : Advanced skills in performance tuning, application monitoring, and database management.User Interface Expertise : Strong knowledge of Pega’s UI architectures and the ability to advise on the best fit for different business needs.Mentorship : Experienced in mentoring and coaching junior architects and developers, with a focus on best practices, design patterns, and Pega methodologies.Collaboration : Works closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure solutions align with business goals.Process and Problem-Solving Skills : Skilled in Agile and DevOps practices, with strengths in problem-solving, change management, and adaptability.Nice-To Have Requirements :
Industry Experience : Practical experience with one or more Pega industry frameworks.Customer Service / Smart Investigate / Smart Disputes / Sales Automation etc.UI / UX Knowledge : Familiar with front-end technologies like React, Angular, Vue with strong foundation of HTML 5 / Node JS.Cloud Expertise : Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, and relevant certifications are a plus.Versatile Skills : Background in pre-sales, infrastructure management, or other programming languages is highly valuable.Client Interaction : Comfortable and experienced in client-facing roles.Center of Excellence (CoE) Setup : Experienced in setting up and governing Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
