Program Management Intern (US)

Location : Domlur, Bangalore, India.

Duration : 3–6 months

Stipend : 20K / Month

Shift Timings : 3 PM-11 PM

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Program Management Intern who is passionate about solving problems, driving operational excellence, and learning how to manage cross-functional projects in a high-growth SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do As a Program Management Intern, you will :

  • Support the Program Management team in driving strategic initiatives across SaaS projects and daily tasks.
  • Assist in P&L management, cost and revenue tracking, ensuring milestones are delivered on time.
  • Build and maintain dashboards / reports to monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and program success.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to streamline workflows.
  • Document learnings, create presentations, and support leadership reviews.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements using a data-driven approach.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MIS Reportings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • A self-starter with curiosity to learn and bias for action.
  • Passion for technology, SaaS, or the creator economy is a plus.
