Vector Consulting - Manager - Learning Management System

We have a strategic tie-up with TIS Inc., a $4.00 Bn Japanese company. Last year, we opened offices in Indonesia and the US and currently we have projects running in 23 countries.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning & Knowledge Manager to lead our internal Learning Management System (LMS) and knowledge platforms. This individual will play a pivotal role in curating or knowledge platforms and developing learning content to support the consulting team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with consultants, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external vendors to design instructional modules and implement strategies that enhance knowledge accessibility and learning efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with consultants to collect, curate, and maintain a high-quality and updated repository of knowledge content in the knowledge platforms.
• Work with SMEs and external vendors to develop impactful new training modules using instructional design methodologies.
• Champion new features and initiatives that accelerate learning adoption across the consulting team / clients.
• Quickly grasp key concepts in supply chain, operations, project management, and other relevant domains to align training content with business needs.
• Monitor engagement and effectiveness using data analytics to refine learning strategies.
