Revenue Optics is scaling fast, and our operational backbone must scale with it. The Head of PMO & Daily Operations will architect the systems, cadence, and execution framework that enable our consulting, analytics, and AI-enabled services to run with precision.
This is not an administrative role — it’s a build-and-lead mandate.
You will design the operating system for a firm that moves at high velocity and works directly with PE-backed distributors across North America. Your work will determine how the company executes, communicates, and grows.
Key Responsibilities
Build the PMO from the Ground Up
- Stand up governance frameworks, workflows, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Create portfolio visibility across consulting, analytics, operations, recruiting, and automation workstreams.
- Implement cadence management, dependency tracking, risk controls, and escalation pathways.
Run Daily Operations with Precision
Serve as Execution Partner to the Founder
