SMT Process Engineer

Job Descriptions :

Provide hands-on SMT production technical support at CM factories and customer sites.

Lead defect analysis activities and work closely with CM partners to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Propose improvement initiatives and follow through on implementation and effectiveness tracking.

Conduct research, verification, and deployment of new SMT technologies and processes.

Requirements :

Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

7–10 years of relevant experience in SMT engineering or technical support roles.

Strong knowledge and understanding of cellular module products and SMT manufacturing processes.

Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
