About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in ETL, data pipelines, AWS cloud services, and modern data warehousing technologies. This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for someone who thrives in building scalable, production-grade data systems and enjoys solving complex data challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, build, and maintain high-performance ETL / ELT pipelines using SSIS, Pentaho, or custom frameworks.
Work on cloud data solutions using AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, Data Lake).
Manage and optimize data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, and other SQL / NoSQL databases.
Develop reusable data integration components using Python, Java, or Scala.
Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and logging across the data stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, DevOps) in an Agile / Scrum environment.
(Bonus) Contribute to architecture decisions involving Big Data tools like Spark, Hive, Presto.
Ensure robust documentation and code versioning for all data projects.

Required Skills :

5+ years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.

2+ years working with AWS cloud services - S3, EC2, Lambda, Data Lake.

Strong experience with Snowflake, Redshift, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.

Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.

Hands-on experience in developing and deploying data pipelines for production workloads.

Good understanding of Agile methodologies and CI / CD practices.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
