Type : Full-time, Permanent | Monday–Saturday | 11 : 30 AM – 7 : 30 PM

Salary : INR 2.5 - 6 LPA

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to execute a wide range of visual design tasks across digital and print formats. This is a high-ownership creative role—ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable creative work, has a sharp eye for layout and alignment, and is comfortable producing print-ready files with accuracy and speed. From employee IDs and merchandise to brochures and LinkedIn posts, you’ll own day-to-day design execution across the company.

What You’ll Do

• Design and export print-ready graphics for : a) Employee IDs, business cards, letterheads, envelopes, office signage b) Branded brochures, client proposals, investor decks, stationery, merchandise c) Welcome kits, T-shirts, diaries, notepads, mugs, tissue boxes, etc.
• Create digital graphics for : a) Holiday creatives, event announcements, hiring posts, ad banners, etc. b) Regular LinkedIn posts and internal company updates
• Build and maintain a basic content calendar for social media
• Support the visual design (using Figma, Canva, or similar) and upkeep of the company website, incorporating SEO and UX best practices
• Design visual assets for press releases, news articles, conferences, CSR campaigns, and exhibitions
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, packaging, and merchandise production
• Ensure all assets follow brand standards and are delivered in proper formats (PNG, PDF, SVG, CDR, AI, etc.)
