Responsible for Sales & Marketing of dental laboratory products in the assigned territory.Meeting with minimum 5-6 Customers on daily basisMaintaining & segmenting of customer list of approx. 100 to 125 as per product usage on monthly basisResponsible for handling 2-3 institutions / college for sales and awarenessMaking customers aware on product features, benefits and conducting demonstrationManaging healthy relationship with customers for long lasting organization growthSuccessful execution of promotions at customer level on timely basis.Meet Secondary Sales Target on monthly basis as per assigned targetsAchieve focus products target as per monthly budgetAchieve budgets for new products launched during the yearMaintaining distribution channel in assigned territory, focus on increasing product reach and ensuring products availability with dealers.Follow and arrange payments from distributors as per their credit terms.Sharing of distributor's sales & stock statements on monthly basis.Managing customer data in CRM and update customer information regularlyArranging CDE (Continuing Dental Education) Programs in territoryRegistering customers for the event as per CDE plan.Collecting customers feedback in closure form and response after the activity and generate maximum sales from customers
