Job descriptionProvide financial guidance to other departments and advise on investment activities. Oversee and manage the deployment of capital and the company's investment portfolio. Set up and improve internal controls and procedures. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities. Work with accountants, business heads, and other executives to form business strategy. Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team. GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, GL, COA, Subledger Accounting, Expenses & Sub-ledger and GL Reconciliation. Exposure to OIC & Integrations.
Key responsibilities :
Financial planning and analysis : Develop and implement long-term financial strategies and business plans.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet obligations.
- Perform variance analysis and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Strategic decision-making and investment : Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
Compliance and risk management : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
Team and stakeholder management : Communicate insights and financial plans to management and cross-functional teams.
