Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily financial transactions, support monthly closing activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in bookkeeping, accounts payable / receivable processes, and financial documentation, with prior experience handling US and Canadian accounting standards. The role also includes supporting the finance team with both operational and strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Daily Bookkeeping

• Record all financial transactions accurately and promptly on a daily basis.
• Maintain organized documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Month-End Closing

Accounts Payable & Receivable Management

Training & Oversight Support

Monthly Financial Updates

Monthly Reporting & Auditing

US & Canadian Accounting
