SAP BTP Lead

Job Title : BTP Lead

Experience Required : 8 to 10 years

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

• Lead the management and maintenance of SAP BTP systems to ensure smooth operations and high availability.
• Oversee version upgrades, patching, and full product lifecycle management from deployment to retirement.
• Establish and manage a Center of Excellence (CoE) for SAP BTP, defining best practices, governance, and processes for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BTP initiatives with business goals and digital transformation strategies.
• Drive innovation and adoption of BTP services across the organization to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the BTP team.
• Partner with vendors, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and delivery of enterprise-level solutions.
• Monitor system performance, ensure compliance, and manage risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present periodic updates, metrics, and improvement plans to senior management.
