MMS Infusion is looking for a SW Architect who has passion for learning, developing high quality, customer focused and impactful SW products. You will be responsible for developing a deep technical understanding of Infusion connectivity product, interacting with other Teams and Lead Architect, evaluating their systems, and designing product integrations. The position will act as a consultant within Connectivity internal teams to help create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team. This is a hands-on software development position. Lead by example, adopting a 'whatever it takes' approach to get the job done, while nurturing a sense of camaraderie, success, and appreciation among the teams. Job Responsibilities :

• Drive discussions with technical stakeholders to uncover strategic needs and align on key technologies.
• Establish systems and solution design in large, sophisticated, data-intensive systems.
• Partner with external teams, evaluate architectures, and make recommendations on implementations and improvements.
• Drive architecture and software patterns and standard methodologies across the department and provide technical guidance and mentorship to application development teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive view of current and future state architecture that align with the business strategy.
• Conduct POCs on new technologies and build vs buy analysis to determine suitability of tech stack expansion.
• Drive to a team culture that values quality, robustness, and scalability while fostering innovation.
• Work in a scrum-based agile development process that plans and builds features targeted to a release.
• By applying an agile mindset, fosters the incremental delivery of value by the team and directly supports the grooming, refinement, development, and testing activities of the team as-a-whole through the collaboration and collective definition of story acceptance criteria.
