Responsibilities :

Source and screen profiles using Naukri and LinkedIn.

Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process and interview coordination.

Focus on Non-IT recruitment with emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Utilize Excel and data analytics for tracking and improving hiring processes.

Requirements :

Experience : 2+years in Non-IT recruitment.

Skills : Proficient in Naukri & LinkedIn platforms.

Excellent communication skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.

Proficiency in Excel and basic data analytics.

Education : MBA in HR or related field.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a 30-day notice period are encouraged to apply.
