Job Purpose :

The primary role of MICE Project Manager is to operate end-to-end business / project / query.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare itemized Premium Ad Hoc / MICE offers tailored to client requirements
• Screen and clarify requests received from the Sales team
• Conduct desk research for non-contracted suppliers, rates, and related services
• Utilize KT product platform to check initial rates and availability (Hotels & Venues)
• Prepare detailed breakdown quotations in Excel and share with the Sales team
• Create PowerPoint presentations at the offer stage, as required
• Liaise with backend Support MICE teams and Procurement teams to arrange pre-bookings of hotels and critical services, ensuring monitoring of deadlines
• Coordinate with Quotation team to update and upload new MICE products for MICE stakeholders
