Job description1–2 years of experience as a 3D Artist or Generalist (or equivalent project experience). Strong skills in Blender or Maya , and tools like Substance Painter , Photoshop , or Quixel . Understanding of Unity 3D asset workflows (materials, prefabs, lighting, etc.). A sharp eye for color, proportion, and stylized aesthetics. A proactive, collaborative attitude with eagerness to learn and improve. Experience with hand-painted or stylized PBR textures. Familiarity with lighting, shading, or simple animation in Unity. Interest in procedural workflows (Geometry Nodes, Substance Designer, etc.). Work on diverse, visually rich projects that challenge your creativity. Be part of a small, passionate team where your ideas truly matter. Gain full exposure to the art and production pipeline.

About the Role
We’re looking for a 3D Generalist who thrives on creativity and versatility. You’ll model, texture, light, and polish 3D assets that make our projects come alive in Unity. If you love working across disciplines - from concept to in-engine implementation, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Model and texture 3D assets for environments, props, and characters.
- Create seamless, stylized textures and optimize assets for Unity 3D.
- Work with the team to establish visual tone, lighting, and composition.
- Ensure consistency in art style and technical performance.
- Contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling and player immersion.
