About The Role
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Planning Data Quality Analyst to join our Customers & Products (C&P) Business and Technology Centre in Pune, India. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data utilized in our supply chain planning processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in optimizing decision-making, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and improving overall supply chain efficiency by maintaining high standards of data quality following global planning data requirements and governance policies.
The role requires strong analytical capabilities, expertise in data governance, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams, including Planning colleagues, Master Data teams, and ERP specialists. The Planning Data Quality Analyst will utilize our Global Planning Digital tool, Kinaxis Maestro, to oversee data updates, validation, and governance checks, ensuring all regional data aligns with global standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to BP Energy's digital transformation journey and to develop expertise in supply chain data management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor&aposs Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. A minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries is required. Proven experience in data management and governance within a supply chain context is essential, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software such as Kinaxis, SAP ECC, S4 Hana, or IBP. Familiarity with product lifecycle tools and organizational change management tools is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively collaborate with regional and global teams. The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic, global environment is critical. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of systems landscapes, data flow processes, and supply chain operations, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
