Job description

Job Title : Software Developer – (Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Developer)

Experience : 5–10 years

Location : India - Remote

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs within Oracle EBS.
  • Develop, customize, and enhance Oracle EBS components using PL / SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflows, and Interfaces (APIs, Web ADI, etc.).
  • Provide functional expertise across modules such as AP, AR, GL.
  • Support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects for Oracle EBS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across technical and functional layers in collaboration with business and IT teams.
  • Develop and maintain RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components as per business requirements.
  • Validate functional configurations and data flow between Oracle EBS modules and integrated systems.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing; support UAT cycles by coordinating with functional and QA teams.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for developed solutions.
  • Provide production support and performance optimization for Oracle EBS components.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5–10 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite development and support.
  • Strong functional knowledge of key Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, Procurement, or Order Management).
  • Proven technical expertise in :
  • Oracle SQL, PL / SQL
  • Oracle Forms, Reports (BI Publisher, XML Publisher)
  • Workflows, Interfaces, and APIs
  • Oracle AOL objects and personalization / customization frameworks
  • Strong understanding of RICEW components and EBS architecture.
  • Experience working with Oracle EBS R12.x or higher.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, accounting flows, and data integration points.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Good to Have :

  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) and migration / integration experience.
  • Experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework), Apex, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Familiarity with Agile / DevOps delivery models.
  • Certifications in Oracle EBS or related technologies.

    • Educational Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Oracle certification (EBS / PL-SQL / OAF) is preferred.
