Orcapod, India’s leading Talent Supply Chain Company, is growing! We specialize in Technology Staffing & Recruitment Services and partner with top enterprises, GCCs, and product-based companies to solve their human capital challenges.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Account Manager with proven expertise in domestic IT staffing who can drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and deliver strategic value to our customers.

What You’ll Do

Drive new client acquisition in GCCs within the IT staffing & recruitment space.
Manage and grow existing client relationships.
Cross-sell Orcapod’s HR & staffing solutions.
Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in Domestic GCC Business (mandatory)

Strong track record in sales & account management.

Prior exposure to Captive Centers, GCCs, or product companies is a huge plus.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
