Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based at our Ernakulam or Thuvvur (Malappuram) office. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing recruitment activities across Trus Holding Group companies. This role demands end-to-end recruitment ownership , from requisition management to onboarding coordination, with a strong emphasis on active sourcing for skilled positions in the Middle East .

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar, blue-collar, and skilled positions across the GCC.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring plans.
• Actively source candidates through multiple channels : job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, headhunting, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
