Job description

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Handle sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and

professional manner.

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively promote products or
  • services.

  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and pricing of our offerings.
  • Use persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to
  • provide a seamless customer experience.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and
  • self-learning initiatives.

  • Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a diplomatic and
  • empathetic manner.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to
  • adapt sales strategies accordingly.

    Qualifications : -

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to actively listen to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools are preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a
  • sales-oriented role is essential.
