Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Web Specialist / CMS Content Author to author, edit, and organize content across modern CMS platforms. You will work closely with designers and other team members to assemble, test, and deliver high-quality web content while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continual process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Author, edit, and organize a variety of content in CMS platforms like Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, and Nutanix
• Ensure content quality and compliance with brand standards and industry regulations
• Understand and manage approval workflows (e.G., FUSE, MLR review) and site provisioning tasks
• Collaborate with designers to plan and meet content assembly timelines and resolve technical or platform limitations
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, monitor project status, and communicate proactively with stakeholders
• Recommend and document improvements for design systems and content authoring workflows
• Share insights on industry trends and CMS innovations to enhance processes
• Support testing, feedback, and collaboration with frontend developers
• Provide solutions and consensus in stakeholder discussions about content or platform challenges
