About the Role
We’re hiring a Lead Performance Marketer who can drive strategy, build strong account structures, and guide the team towards high-performance execution.
You’ll mentor media buyers, ensure disciplined delivery, and act as the go-to person for RCA, performance troubleshooting, and revenue planning across multiple D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance strategy across Meta & Google Ads for multiple D2C / eCommerce brands.
- Conduct deep RCA to identify issues, fix performance drops & ensure long-term stability.
- Build strong SOPs, processes & account structures for consistent and scalable execution.
- Train & guide team members to work independently with clarity, discipline & ownership.
- Act as the go-to person for escalations, high-priority issues & strategic decisions.
- Review TOF–MOF–BOF campaigns and ensure profitable month-on-month scaling.
- Create monthly media plans, forecasts & optimization roadmaps.
- Collaborate with creatives for new hooks, angles, ad concepts & testing ideas.
- Lead client meetings, manage escalations & present insights confidently.
- Maintain tracking accuracy using Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM and ensure clean attribution.
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing (Meta + Google).Proven experience managing & scaling D2C / eCommerce accounts.Strong analytical skills with excellent root cause analysis (RCA) capability.Experience in building SOPs, execution frameworks & structured processes.Ability to mentor, guide & review junior media buyers effectively.Strong communication & client-facing confidence.Ability to handle deadlines, work pressure & multi-brand responsibilities.Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Merchant Center & Sheets.Laptop mandatory.
